This contract is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442. MS-944 Seal (7.6 mb .pdf) Bituminous Seal Coat, Micro-surfacing, Base Repair and Edge Backup - Portions of limekiln, Steigerwalt Hollow, Ridge and Sawmill Roads. MS-970 Equipment Rental (2 mb .pdf) To include heavy duty hydraulic track excavator, vibratory roller and 6" pump with suction and discharge hoses.
